A name, case number, or other term submitted through a search tool goes directly to the outside provider operating that tool. The provider processes the request and supplies the response; this website does not retain or record the query.

When you email us, we keep the correspondence as needed to answer. Messages remain within our organization unless disclosure is required by law.

No Court-Record Data on File
Sheboygan County Court Docket does not operate, compile, sell, or maintain a database of case records, personal court information, or dockets. It provides general directions to records maintained by the Sheboygan County Clerk of Circuit Court, the Sheboygan County Circuit Court, municipal courts, and Wisconsin Circuit Court Access (WCCA). Public inspection and copying of records held by Wisconsin authorities are addressed by Wisconsin Statutes section 19.35, while access to particular court files may be limited by Wisconsin Statutes sections 801.19 through 801.21 and 938.396. This private site is not their record custodian.
We are not a consumer reporting agency under the Fair Credit Reporting Act. Visitor information is not compiled into consumer reports or records concerning other people.
